Royalty-Free Stock Footage License Agreement LL Imagery

1. Copyright & Ownership

All photos and video footage are the copyrighted property of LL Imagery. Purchasing or downloading any content does not transfer ownership or copyright. All rights not expressly granted remain with LL Imagery. 

2. What “Royalty-Free” Means

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the purchased footage. This means:

• You pay once per clip

• You may use the clip multiple times

• There are no ongoing fees or royalties

• The license does not expire

Royalty-free does not mean free or public domain. Copyright remains with LL Imagery.

3. Permitted Uses

You may use the licensed footage for personal or commercial projects, including but not limited to:

• Social media content

• Websites and online platforms

• Marketing, advertising, and promotional materials

• Video productions, films, and presentations

• Educational or editorial projects

You may edit, crop, color grade, or combine the footage with other media as needed for your project. 

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the footage as stock or standalone content

• Share the original files with third parties for reuse

• Claim the footage as your own or register it as a trademark or logo

• Use the footage in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, or misleading The footage may not be used in any product where the footage itself is the primary value being sold.

5. Third-Party Rights

Some footage may contain recognizable locations, landmarks, or individuals. The license does not include model or property releases unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for determining whether additional permissions are required for your intended use. 

6. Credit

Attribution is appreciated but not required, unless otherwise specified. 

7. Termination

This license is automatically terminated if you violate any of the terms. Upon termination, all use of the footage must cease. 

8. Acceptance

By purchasing or downloading footage from LL Imagery, you agree to the terms of this Royalty-Free Stock Footage License Agreement.
